Managed Services Overview
Our Monthly Managed Service plan provides proactive monitoring and management of your servers. When an issue is detected, our team will either resolve it immediately or notify you, depending on your preferences. As part of the service, we install a firewall with brute force protection (where compatible), helping to block unwanted access attempts and alerting us to potential security threats.
This plan automates essential monitoring and security tasks, giving you peace of mind while freeing up your time. Included in your monthly plan is a dedicated block of engineering hours for direct support from our System Engineers. These hours can be used for troubleshooting, system optimization, updates, or other tasks. If additional time is needed beyond your monthly allotment, it is available at a rate of $275/hour billed in 15 minute increments.
We support and manage a wide range of systems, including Linux, macOS, and Windows servers, desktops, and laptops. All devices are remotely monitored and managed by our U.S. based team of experts.
