Accepted Payment Methods
ARPHost currently accepts the following payment methods through our secure billing system:
- Credit Cards
- ACH / Bank Transfers
- PayPal
All online payments should be submitted through the ARPHost Client Portal while logged into your account. Payments made through the client portal are automatically applied to your invoices and services.
Client Portal Payments
For the fastest and most accurate payment processing, customers should:
- Login to their ARPHost client account
- Navigate to the Billing or Invoices section
- Select the invoice to pay
- Choose a payment method
- Submit payment securely
Using the client portal ensures your payment is automatically matched to your account and applied immediately.
PayPal Payments Outside the Client Portal
If you are unable to access your account for any reason and need to make a payment via PayPal manually, payments may be sent directly to:

Please note:
- Manual PayPal payments sent directly to this email address are NOT automatically applied to your account or invoices.
- After sending payment, you must open a billing ticket and provide the PayPal transaction ID and payment details.
- Failure to submit payment information to the billing department may result in delayed payment application or unpaid invoices remaining open.
Important Billing Notice
To avoid service interruptions, late notices, or invoice discrepancies, ARPHost strongly recommends using the client portal whenever possible for all payments.
